Applications:

Dip the tampon into St. John’s Wort oil and leave it for about 15 minutes to get a good soak. Then apply it and change it 3 times a day, every time you use a new, freshly soaked tampon.

You have to practice this treatment for longer period (from cycle to cycle) and if you don’t feel some improvement extend the treatment.

This treatment with St. John’s Wort oil is particularly effective for bacterial infections arising due to low immunity.

How to make St. John’s Wort oil:

Put 40 St. John’s wort flowers in a liter of homemade olive oil. Leave in the sun 4 to 6 weeks, stirring occasionally.

Strain and apply.

St. John’s Wort oil is used in the treatment of skin cancer, and is effective in the treatment of any cuts or injury to the skin.

If you can not make St. John’s Wort oil at home, buy it at a pharmacy that is just as effective.
